The dancer Raphael Bitter He has been provisionally released this Saturday with precautionary measures after his arrest this Thursday in Alicante for alleged drug trafficking.

As reported by the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community, the freedom with charges for the dancer was agreed by the holder of the Court of Instruction number 2 of Alicantein guard duties.

This judge dismissed the request for provisional detention that the Prosecutor’s Office requested for Amargo -whose real name is Jesús Rafael GH-, who this Saturday went to court after his arrest on Thursday.

This artist is investigated, initially, by a crime against public health, a crime of attack against authority and two crimes of injurieswithout prejudice to further qualification.

Avoid provisional prison

As precautionary measuresthe artist has been imposed the obligation to appear on the 1st and 15th of each month before the Investigating Court number 27 of Madrid, which is competent in this investigation as it already has an open cause for these facts, as well as the prohibition of exit from the country.

the judge has Denied the avoidable provisional prison with bail of 6,000 euros that the Public Prosecutor requested for the detainee because it understands that there is not such a high risk of escape that this measure is essential, and there are other alternatives such as biweekly appearances and the prohibition to leave the national territory.

In this sense, the magistrate justifies her decision that the person under investigation has already withdrawn the passport by another Investigating Court in Madrid, where he is making biweekly presentations without any incident being recorded, and he has roots in Spain, where he is a public figure, which makes it difficult for him to evade the action of Justice.
